I took Luke out to The Press Club for his birthday dinner last night, continuing our tradition of going somewhere we haven’t been before for each and every birthday.
We dolled ourselves up and trammed it down to Flinders Street. We chose the eight course symposium menu, with a bottle of Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc. We visited Sancerre on our trip to France last year, hurrah!
The food was gorgeous. Obviously. We topped the night off with a walk home, through the warm, dark streets of Carlton. Perfection.
